We all see our favorite actors and actresses and we feel, "how are they so fair"? We even feel jealous of people with fair complexion around us. Here I have some tips, which when done regularly can help you to become 3 tone fairer.

I personally don't follow these tips because I understand that complexion of our face didn't matter in our lives and we should focus more on productivity rather than appearance. There are many great men and women with dark complexion in the world who are equally rich as the "whites" and are even more attractive to girls/boys than the people with fair complexion.

But if you still want to be fair then its just you choice and I will help you to achieve this.

One thing I would like to tell that if you are born with dark complexion, then no force can change your complexion until and unless you get fair overtime on your own. However, there are some people who complain that they were fair but their complexion darkened due to excessive exposure to sun (like playing in the sun).

Follow the mentioned tips and you will get to see the result within a month. You have to just take a colour tone scale and find your colour tone, then do the same after a month, as if you will not keep the record, it would be extremely dissatisfacting for you if you did not notice any change. Follow the mentioned steps to get 1 tone lighter skin in a month and if continued regularly can provide significant effects making you even 3 tone lighter.

Steps to follow:-

1. Wash your face twice a day for cleaning excess dirt from your face.
2. Use a good moisturizer to repair your skin after face wash.
3. Avoid going into direct sunlight, but if its important, use a good sunscreen before going under sun. Don't forget to apply it 30 minutes before leaving the house as sunscreen takes time to absorb and form a protective layer.

4. Apply sunscreen again after every 2 hours, if you are out for long.
5. After coming home from direct sunlight, apply a de-tan mask to remove newly damaged skin. NOTE: this mask is only for removing newly damaged skin and it has nothing to do with old damaged skin.

6. For removing old, black, sun damaged skin, use an exfoliater like a peel off mask. If you haven't used an exfoliater before, I recommend you to use as it will remove old, rough, dark dead skin, and your skin gonna feel so soft that you will fall in love with exfoliaters.

7. But here's a catch, you should use an exfoliater only 2 times max a week as constant rugging can damage skin cells plus dead skin cells have very important function to protect the inner skin cells.

Follow the steps regularly to see best results. But please remember what I said, complexion did not matter, what matters is your personality.

But being your "bade bhaiya" (big brother), I'm having a few homemade hacks to speed up this process which I mentioned above.

USING FULLER'S EARTH- Fuller's earth (multani mitti) has natural skin cooling property. This can also help to lighten up your skin. But I highly recommend people with dry skin, not to use it as it will make your skin more dry and make it even worse.

Instead you can try the next remedy which any skin type can use.

USING TOMATOES- You heard it correct, Tomatoes!
Tomatoes have natural bleaching agent which can help in skin lightening.
Steps to form the paste:

  •  Take 1 small size tomato and grind it in a food processor (mixer) to extract its pulp.
  •  Apply the mixture on face evenly and leave it for 15-20 minutes or until the mask dries.
  •  Add a pinch of turmeric in the paste to enhance its effectivness.
Wait, Wait, Wait! there are some tips more:
There are some things you should never ever follow:

  •  Never use a fairness creams like fair n lovely. They are loded with excess of toxic chemicals which will ruin skin.
  •  Do not use skin bleaches as they contain ammonia, which will lead to skin infection.
  •  Avoid junk food and eat healthy foods as it will provide glow to your skin.
That's all for today...
