Water is like a blessing and one of the most important gift of the nature. But this does not means that you can drink water anytime and anywhere. Everything has a particular process and a correct way to perform it. If water not drank properly can instead cause many in-curable diseases to the body.
Water drank in a wrong way can lead to problems like slow metabolism, bloating and constipation in short run and can even lead to prostate cancer and stomach ulcers like deadly diseases in the long run of life.
If you drank water the wrong way all of your life then you are most likely to develop in-curable diseases at an age of 50-60 years.
So to use this magical potion to utilise its maximum benefits, you should follow certain tips.
These tips will change your perspective on how to drink water and you will become a lot more healthier.
I recommend you not to drink water 1/2 (half) an hour before and 1(one) hour after meal. This sounds like a crazy time to resist, but believe me if you try my method, it will surely help you. 1. Avoid drinking water just before or after meals-

If you still want chilled water then please use water stored in earthen pots, they cool the water naturally.5. Never drink water in standing position-
When we drink water in standing position, the water hits the food pipe with a great force, as a result the gastric juices tend to come up. This is known as G.E.R.D. (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). I'm not trying to confuse you but these are the common things you should know. Coming back to the topic, when we drink water while standing, it splashes on our stomach walls damaging the tissues and intestinal walls and linings causing ulcers in the stomach. This may also disrupt the balance of fluids in the body leading to greater accumulation of fluids in the joints thus triggering arthritis. So it is best to sit down and drink water sip by sip.6. Drinking too much of water-
I usually come across people who forcibly drink water throughout the day even when they are not thirsty just because someone told them that more water means more benefits. Drinking water in excess makes the salts and other electrolytes in our body too diluted and one of sodium stops is to balance the fluids in and around yourselves.
