We always want to be young and care ourselves for being young, but what if a gray hair strand appears just on top of your head. Obviously gray hairs are a sign of aging but nowadays many and many people are having this problem at their teenage. So, I have a solution for this problem and if followed regularly can result in getting black hairs back.

Results can vary in time for different persons but it would take around 4-5 months approximately. Although it appears to be a huge time period but I'm not providing a dumb hair hack here, instead I'm giving natural therapy to reverse your hormonal imbalances. Since, we have to reverse hormonal changes, it can take the given time but trust me those months will worth it.

First we should know the causes of gray hairs:-

There are 3 basic causes-


1. GENETICS-

If your graying of hairs is in your genetics then nothing could be done to stop it. If your parents have premature aging of hair, then you will too have it. But if your gray hairs are not by genetics then you can focus on other 2 factors.

2. ENVIRONMENT-
If you live in an environment full of pollution, radiation, dirt, e.t.c. or riding a bike with open hairs trapping all the dust and pollution in hairs, can also cause hairfall or graying of hairs.


3. NUTRITION-

If you do not take proper nutrients in your diet, then you can never have black hairs. There are 7 essential nutrients that you must include in your diet:


  • Protein
  • Zinc
  • Copper
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin B12
  • Iron


So how can we cure it-
The treatment is simple-


 OILING-

Oiling and massaging your hair regularly will increase the blood flow in our scalp carrying all nutrients to our hair making it well nourished.


Foods to eat:-


1. PROTEIN-

Eat proteins as our hairs are made of proteins and if proteins are not included in our diet then body after 1-2 months will start ignoring the un-important usage of protein like maintaining hairs which will lead to falling or graying of hairs.

2. BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES-

It is a food that is high in mineral copper. Copper is known for having an important role in producing your hair's natural colour. A food that is high in copper can help the body produce more melanin to prevent the graying of your hair colour and help you maintain your natural look.


But increase in melanin can cause darkening of skin colour in some people,    (I repeat, only some people), if you are ready to take the risk then go for it.

Take 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses every morning for few months and see your gray hairs diminishing.

3. INDIAN GOOSEBERRY (AMLA)-

It is known for treating hair related issues. It can help with graying of hair, dullness of hair and loss of hair.


Use it either 2 ways-

  • Eat it raw
  • or Apply Indian gooseberry oil.


The most effective of all is-

4. SAGE AND ROSEMARY-

They are known to darken your hair naturally.



How to prepare the hair mask-



  • In one pot, place rosemary and sage in boiling water.
  • Boil for few minutes, turn off the flame and leave to cool for few hours at room temperature.
  • Make sure to strain the leaves before applying.
  • Remember to do it only after shampooing.
  • Leave the mixture on your scalp and hair for atleast 20 min and then rinse out to reveal your darker hairs.

There are some things that you should avoid:


1. SMOKING/ALCOHOL-

Avoid smoking and alcohol as it can damage quality of your hair.



2. HAIR PRODUCTS-

Avoid hair products as they dry up your scalp, and they do more harm than good.

3. STRESS-

Stress is the most bitter enemy of hair. Avoid stress to have long, shiny, black hairs.
