Today in fast moving world, almost 70% percent people are obsessed with increasing weight. But this is the time where I come to rescue you. I will share with you the most effective tips for losing weight.
But here's an irony. Let's take a number hypothetically. So let's imagine you're a 20 year old boy/girl and is fat, so do you think that by doing exercises for a week or two will give you your desired result? Absolutely not. I'm not gonna lie but you'll need to constantly follow below mentioned tips for about 9-10 months with determination to shred that extra kilograms and see some visible results.
These 2 exercises are-
Cardio, as the name suggests, is training your heart to be efficient. This technique usually refers to planned running. This means that while running you've to slow down and increase up your pace at regular interval. You can do it by running slowly or doing brisk walking for about 2 minutes and running with full speed for 1 min doing it for over 20 min everyday empty stomach will give you magical results after a course of time. But wait, when I say running, the first image that might come to your mind must be of a treadmill in a gym but believe me, doing cardio in open place for 5 minutes burns more calories than running half an hour at gym. Try to do it empty stomach as this will burn more calories as you have no food in your stomach but your body still needs energy which it takes by burning fat causing extreme fat loss.

When I say weight training, your mind might wobble around a gym compound with many people lifting weights. Actually its not completely true that if you want to do weight training then you have to join gyms.
There are 2 types weights-
Let me explain both of them -
These are the weight training exercises in which you use your body as a weight. This includes push and pull movements like push ups and pull ups, e.t.c.
These are the weight training exercises in which you use external weights like dumbels.
Gym is the best place for losing weight but if you can't join them you can go for body weights.
And in case you're a girl don't worry to go for weight training. It will not give you bulky muscles, instead it will help you to have toned body. The only reason men get those muscles is because of a hormone called 'testosterone' and if you're a women, you don't have enough amount of it to build muscles, so don't hesitate to go for weight training. In case you have seen women having bulky muscles in some magzines is due to the fact that they take testosterone injections for the purpose of gaining muscles.

I would like to make you familiar with one term, i.e., calorie deficit. Let's talk in detail about it. If we eat more than it, we're on calorie surplus but if we eat less than it, we're on calorie deficit. Since, we're intaking less than our maintainence calorie but we're doing our normal work, so our body will ask for more energy and it will get it by consuming fat, so this leads to lowering your fat percentage.2.EXERCISE-
